the battle fields are much like sports fields at any normal school. they're where all battling classes take place, and are worn down after years of use. when classes aren't in session, students often come here to practice, or just lounge around soaking up the sun.

there are three dorm buildings, just as old as the main hall. raikou hall houses all freshmen and sophomores, entei hall houses juniors, and suicune hall houses seniors. in order to enter a dorm hall that isn't your own, you must have permission from someone who lives there.

the city's outskirts are a far different atmosphere than downtown fernchester. it's almost like the temperature dropped and the sky went overcast and all the colors became desaturated and bland. the outskirts are not exactly the place you want to be at night unless you know how to navigate. safety isn't really a thing around here, and it can be an extremely dangerous place.
