➤ it really is a wonder how devin got as far as he has in life. dev likes to think he works hard, but truthfully he's just a lucky son of a bitch who's unusually good at talking his way out of anything - which, considering his lack of an IQ, is quite an incredible talent.

➤ he may be dumb as a rock, but he does work pretty hard in school. at least, in the battling classes in school. you can catch him sleeping in any other class nine times out of ten though.

➤ devin is all about the ladies. unfortunately, he wasn't blessed with that charm that attracts women. instead, he's oblivious and blunt, and absolutely full of horrible pickup lines.

➤ most people would never notice with the way he's always smiling, but devin is a pretty angry kid. his childhood was just about the furthest thing from sunshine and sparkles, though he's not about to publicize any of that. he's secretive and angry about his past, and how his parents left fernchester and left him to take care of his two younger siblings. he might be an immature kid 90% of the time, but he'll do anything for his kid siblings, and he'll wreck anyone who touches them. 

➤ really, he's just angry in general. he'll kick your ass, he'll kick your dog's ass, he'll kick his own ass.

➤ he's been working odd jobs since he was fifteen years old so he can fix just about anything. actually, he'll do pretty much anything if there's money on the line. he'd even strip. he has no dignity if it means putting food on the table for his little siblings.

➤ don't be fooled, he might be able to talk his way out of trouble, and he has a few problems controlling that anger, but he has a heart of gold. too bad his horrendous pickup lines and addiction to outdated memes keep just about everyone at arms length. poor kid.
